In an effort to reduce health disparities in our community and achieve health equity, Le Jardin has partnered with Larking Health System and Healthy Children Homestead Pediatric to provide quality services to Le Jardin families and the community.
Le Jardin's Mobile Health and Wellness Bus will be a one-stop shop where children can receive physicals, well-baby checks, and any vaccines necessary to bring children up to date as prescribed by the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) program of Medicaid. The Mobile Health Bus will also serve as a safe space, with 4 counseling rooms, for individuals receiving therapy or have any Mental Health/Counseling needs. |

Dr. Alfonzo and Dr. Lopez run the Homestead Office and specialize in Adolescent Medicine and Pediatrics. Healthy Children strives to provide parents with the appropriate health information and clinical guidance to achieve the physical and mental well-being of their child.
